One Platform integrates with all the most popular internal communication tools on the market, such as Slack, Telegram, Google Chat, SMS, WhatsApp and also Discord.

Discord notifications are configurable on any channel on a server. Unable to notify a conversation.

To configure, follow the instructions below:

Click on "Teams" in the sidebar.

If you want to create a new team, just click on the “new” button that appears in the upper left corner of the screen.

For teams already registered, just access the team and go to the notifications tab, in the upper bar.

Select the checkbox on the option that has the Discord icon, and then click on the integration instructions.

A message box will open with the instructions that must be executed in the Discord application.

With the Discord application open and logged in, select the server you want to notify in case of incidents, right-click and go to Server Settings.

Then click on Integrations.

Click on Webhooks and create a new one to use in the integration:

Configure your Webhook with image and name, then select the channel you want to notify. Copy the Webhook URL and go back to One Platform page that was performing the configuration, and paste the URL in the “Webhook url” field.

Configuration ready, just wait for the first incident.
