To insert the applications in your product, click on “new resource” and then, choose the type "Receive and record hits and failures via Webhook" and a pop up will appear.
In this step it will be necessary to:
Select the Environment
Choose an application name that will be used for identification in 1P
Failures to generate incident (they are with default configuration, can be changed if necessary)
After registering the application with monitoring via webhook, you will be directed to the application page created.
